Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. Products, cloths and equipment are included. If you prefer specific products, add them to your checklist.
Are you bonded and insured?
Yes, and WorkSafeBC covered. We share certificates with your property manager on request.
How is pricing set?
A fixed price per visit, based on square footage, frequency and your checklist. Tell us about your space and we will send a quote within one business day.
Which areas do you service?
Nanaimo, Cedar, Lantzville and Ladysmith, with more areas added as we grow. Outside these spots? Ask anyway.
How do I book?
Send us your details through the quote form, or call or email us directly. We reply within one business day with a walkthrough time.
